Volunteer Application

Eligibility:
   - Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
   - A background check may be required for certain roles.

Registration Process:
   - Complete the online registration form.
   - Provide accurate contact information, including phone number and email address.

Commitment:
   - Volunteers must commit to the full duration of their assigned shift(s) and/or committee requirements.
   - Notify the volunteer coordinator or committee chair at least 48 hours in advance if unable to attend.

Dress Code:
   - Day of volunteers will be given an official volunteer T-shirt (provided) during your shift.
   - Committee volunteers may wear casual but appropriate attire, along with an issued KASF ID card.

Conduct:
   - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
   - Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from event staff.

Confidentiality:
    - Respect the privacy of event attendees and other volunteers.
    - Do not share any personal information obtained during the event.
