Sponsor Registration

  1. All sponsors participating in the Lonestar Safety Fest are required to share a safety message. Your informational materials should include this safety message.
     

  2. Lonestar Safety Fest will provide a 10x10 tent, 6' table, and two chairs for Gold level sponsors and above. 
     

  3. Bronze and Silver sponsors will receive a booth space only. Tents, tables, and chairs are available for a rental fee. 
     

  4. All tents and booth supplies must be properly weighted down. For safety reasons, any tents or supplies that are not adequately weighted will be removed or taken down. This is regulated by the City Fire Marshall and City Code Inspector.
